“Hello! My name is Asyl and I am a 4th year Medical student at the University of Oxford. I have been tutoring online and in person for the last 3 years, specialising in STEM, medical and oxbridge applications and KS3 humanities. My students are aged between 11-18 and vary in their abilities; Accordingly I have learnt to adapt lessons to suit different students’ needs.  As an Oxford student, tutorial based teaching informs my approach to tutoring. Consequently, I plan lessons around guided discovery learning, allowing my pupils to develop critical thinking skills.
