Katie Green - Tutor Profile

I am an experienced Mathematics teacher with over 15 years of classroom teaching and private tutoring experience across KS3, GCSE and A Level Maths. I left secondary education in July 2026 to become a full-time tutor so my curriculum knowledge is current and relevant and I have extensive experience supporting students of all abilities, including those with anxiety, low confidence and SEND needs.

I am passionate about helping students build confidence in Maths and creating a calm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing their understanding. My lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs, whether they are aiming to improve confidence, close gaps in learning or achieve top exam grades.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and camping trips around the UK.
